About 50 on the main grilling surface (741.8 sq in), with another 282 sq in of warming rack space above. Three 18,000 BTU U-Tube burners deliver 54,000 BTUs of primary heat plus a 10,500 BTU infrared back burner for rotisserie work.
Is the warranty transferable?
The Summerset Gold Standard Warranty is a lifetime warranty on burners and stainless components, registered to the original purchaser. Keep your invoice and serial number records.
When does it ship?
Built to order. 2–4 weeks production, 3–6 weeks total to your door via free LTL freight to the continental U.S. We email tracking the day the pallet leaves.
Can I convert from NG to LP later?
Buy the configuration you need at install — Summerset doesn't recommend field conversions on the Quest line. Order Natural Gas if you have a piped line, Liquid Propane if you're running off tank.
