As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Transit times typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours at the email address you provided during checkout.

Our standard Curbside Delivery is completely free on most orders.
This service typically delivers within 5–7 business days after your order is processed.

For select products, we also offer upgraded delivery options.

Threshold Delivery

Your item is delivered onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.

White Glove Delivery

Includes:

• Delivery into your room of choice

• Minor assembly

• Removal of all packaging materials

Note: Sauna products do not include assembly under White Glove service.
