🛒 Ordering & Products

Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Most items ship directly from warehouses within the U.S., depending on the brand and your location. This allows us to provide faster and more reliable delivery.

Q: Are your products high quality?
A: Absolutely. We partner only with trusted brands and manufacturers that meet our standards for craftsmanship, durability, and design. If we wouldn’t put it in our own homes, we won’t sell it.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. For custom or oversized products, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on most products within the continental U.S. Any exceptions (such as oversized freight items) are clearly displayed at checkout.

Q: Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation?
A: Select products qualify for white-glove service. If available, the option will appear on the product page or at checkout. Not sure? Just ask — we’ll gladly check availability in your area.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Financing may be available through Shop Pay Installments (subject to approval).

Q: Is my payment information secure?

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours and include photos — we’ll handle the claim and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most items include a manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years, depending on the brand). Warranty details are available on each product page, or you can always ask us directly.
