01 PATIO DIMENSIONS

Length × width, plus where the BBQ island or fire feature will go.

02 PHOTOS

At least 2 — one wide shot, one of the install area. Phone photos are fine.

03 BUDGET

Honest number. We work to it. Setups exist at $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K.

04 GOALS

What are you trying to do? Family of 4 cooking? Hosting 20 people on the 4th?

05 UTILITIES AT SITE

Gas line? Outdoor electrical? Water access? Helps us recommend the right products.

06 CONSTRAINTS

Steep grade? Narrow gate? Stairs? HOA rules? Anything we should know.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

Not a sales call. Not a hard pitch. If your space, budget, or goals don't fit something we sell, we'll tell you. The whole point is to keep you from buying the wrong thing.

Also not included: gas line, electrical, water, or concrete install. Those require a licensed local contractor — we'll flag what your build needs from a utility standpoint, but we don't do the physical hookups.

SCENARIO A · 12' × 14' PATIO

$8K Budget.

Tight space, family of 4. We'd recommend Cal Flame Maui Q ($4,173) plus a side burner add-on and drop-in ice bucket. Total around $5,500. Leaves footprint for an outdoor dining table.

SCENARIO B · 28' × 40' PATIO

$35K Budget.

Full backyard build, frequent entertainer. Cal Flame Carmel Q L-Shape Platinum + Sahara fireplace + Mojave fire pit + Summerset Hybrid Pizza Oven + sectional + dining set. Lands around $32K.

SCENARIO C · NARROW SIDE GATE

Constraint Catch.

If a customer wants the Atlantic Q (95" wide) but the side gate is 84", we flag it before purchase and recommend the Pacifica Q (83") instead. Saves a $300 freight return and a 6-week reorder.
