Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's full warranty — honored because we're an authorized dealer. Here's exactly what's covered.

The biggest difference between buying from an authorized dealer and buying gray-market is the warranty. Manufacturers state in their warranty documents that coverage is only valid when product is purchased through authorized channels.

Below is the coverage for each brand we carry, taken from each manufacturer's published warranty.

Cal Flame coverage

Grills, BBQ islands & fireplaces

Applies across G Series, P Series, Convection, and Top Gun. Coverage runs from the original date of purchase, under normal household use, to the original purchaser. Cal Flame fire pit tables carry a 1-year warranty.

Summerset & American Made Grills — the Gold Standard

Lifetime warranty, non-prorated parts.

Summerset and American Made Grills are both made by AMD Direct (Huntington Beach, CA) and carry the AMD Direct Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: lifetime coverage on construction, stainless steel, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs and briquette systems.

Register online at amddirect.com/register within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. Covers replacement parts only — labor is not included. Original purchaser at the original delivery site. Surface rust and discoloration are not covered.

Hand-cast concrete and porcelain fire pits and fire tables, sourced through Ocean Rock USA in Corona, California — the authorized U.S. distributor for Elementi Fire and Modeno.

Warranty routing

Direct-to-manufacturer, every time.

F&C Distributors is our authorized U.S. distribution partner for American Made Grills and Primo. Ocean Rock USA is our authorized partner for Elementi Fire and Modeno. The distributors handle the dealer channel; the warranty itself is honored by each brand's manufacturer.

You never chase a distributor for coverage. If a covered component fails, email us your order number and photos and we open the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Registering your warranty

Register within 30 days.

Some manufacturers require registration — Summerset and American Made Grills require online registration within 30 days of purchase to validate the lifetime warranty. With your order we send the registration link for your brand and the order details you'll need, so it takes a couple of minutes.

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase — every manufacturer requires it for a claim.

What's not covered

Standard manufacturer exclusions.

Damage from improper installation or use outside published specifications
Cosmetic wear, surface rust and discoloration
Damage from natural disasters, grease fires or harsh coastal and salt environments
Labor, unless the manufacturer's warranty states otherwise
Commercial use of residential equipment
