30-day return window from delivery. 25% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns; original outbound freight is non-refundable and return freight is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and exterior crate — keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Defective, damaged, or wrong-item returns are covered by Elementi at zero cost.
