The Cal Flame 5-Burner Convection Built-In Gas Grill is the convection-style alternative to the standard 5-burner G-Series — same construction, but with a powerful centrifugal fan that uniformly circulates 95,000 BTUs across 1,000 sq inches. The result: 50% faster grilling, more even heat, and the ability to sear and smoke without losing temperature when you open the lid.
