30-day return window from delivery. 25% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns; original outbound freight is non-refundable. Damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with photos of product, packaging, and exterior crate. Defective / damaged / wrong-item returns are covered by Ocean Rock USA at zero cost to you.
