The Summerset Griddle Pro is a 30" built-in flat-top griddle — 495 sq in of #304 stainless cooking surface, dual 18,000 BTU U-tube burners (36,000 BTU total), heat-zone separator for split-zone cooking. Drop-in design fits standard BBQ island cutouts.
