Order Acceptance & Limitations

Upscale Home HQ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by the same customer, the same payment method, the same account, or using the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make any changes to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Payment is processed at the time the order is placed
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system misinformation, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation. We will notify you of any such cancellation and issue a full refund.

MAP-Protected Pricing

As an authorized dealer for Cal Flame, Summerset, and other premium brands, our pricing complies with each brand's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. This means our advertised prices reflect the manufacturer's minimum advertised price. Discounts beyond MAP may be available on select items — contact us at support@upscalehomehq.com for more information.

Authorized Charges

By submitting an order, you authorize Upscale Home HQ to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and any applicable fees. You confirm that the payment method is yours or that you have authorization to use it.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment that is not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at support@upscalehomehq.com or call (857) 353-8060. We resolve nearly all billing concerns directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
