3. Authorized Dealer Status

Upscale Home HQ is an authorized dealer for Cal Flame, Summerset Professional Grills, Cal Spas, and HomeRoots. All warranty claims and replacement part requests are processed through the manufacturer; we will assist you in initiating claims when needed.

4. Fulfillment Scope — What We Do and Do Not Do

Upscale Home HQ ships product to your curb via LTL freight and standard parcel carriers. We do not perform, arrange (unless a paid white-glove upgrade is purchased separately), or assume responsibility for any of the following:

  • Movement of product from the delivery point to the install location
  • Assembly of any product
  • Installation of any product, whether gas, electrical, or mechanical
  • Natural gas or liquid propane line hookups, connections, or conversions
  • Electrical work, wiring, or connection to household power
  • Plumbing, water line, or drain connections
  • Concrete pad pouring, paver installation, or base preparation
  • Permit filing, inspection scheduling, or code compliance verification
  • Removal, disposal, or relocation of existing equipment
  • Any modification to the customer's property (walls, decks, patios, structures)

All of the above are the customer's responsibility and must be performed by the customer, a certified licensed local contractor, or a qualified professional appropriate to the trade. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Installation & Certified Technician Requirement

All outdoor cooking equipment, gas appliances, electrical components, and fuel-conversion procedures (between LP and Natural Gas) must be installed and performed by a certified, licensed technician in accordance with local codes, permits, and manufacturer instructions. Improper installation can result in serious personal injury, property damage, gas leaks, fire, or electrocution. Upscale Home HQ is not liable for any damages, injuries, warranty voidance, or losses resulting from installation, modification, use, or misuse of any product sold on this site.
