Why is the tap sold separately?
So you pick the right setup. Single-tap (RFR-TAP-1) is the standard pour. Dual-tap (RFR-TAP-2) is the move if you want a draft IPA + a draft cider or seltzer on hand at the same time. Buying the cabinet without the tap also lets you reuse an existing tap tower if you have one. Both tap kits are on the storefront — add the one that fits your setup.
