The Elementi Fire Story — Hand-Cast Concrete & Porcelain Fire Tables, Made in California
Brand Story · Made in California
The Elementi Fire Story.
Hand-cast GFRC concrete and porcelain fire tables and pits, made in Corona, California. CSA-certified for North American gas safety. Natural texture, color variation, mineral specks — the hallmark of real hand-cast concrete, not pressed stone.
A real hand-cast concrete fire table is not the same product as a pressed-stone fire table that imitates it.
Walk through the fire-table aisle at a big-box retailer and most of what's there is "cast stone" — a resin-and-stone-chip mix pressed into a mold and painted to look like concrete. It's lighter, cheaper, and chips the first time you move it.
Real cast concrete looks like concrete because it is concrete. Specifically, GFRC: Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, a mix of Portland cement, glass fibers, and polymers hand-poured into a mold, demolded, cured, and sealed. The result weighs 2 to 4× what pressed stone weighs, develops a lifetime patina, and holds up to freeze/thaw cycles, direct sun, and the thermal shock of a 90,000 BTU burner.
Elementi is one of the few manufacturers still doing this at scale. Everything they make — the Sonoma, the Granville, the Hampton, the Metropolis, the Lunar, the Boulder — is hand-cast in Corona, California.
The manufacturing
Hand-poured in Corona, California.
Why "hand-cast" shows up in the texture.
Each table is individually molded. The surface shows micro-variations: hairline cracking in the glaze, mineral specks from the aggregate, slight color variation from pour to pour. These are features of the medium, not defects. Elementi warranties the structural integrity of the concrete; natural concrete aging is not a defect.
Porcelain marble line.
The Elementi Plus line adds a porcelain-marble top layer bonded to the concrete body. This gives you the deep veining of real marble on the surface, the structural strength of concrete underneath, and a fully weatherproof finish that doesn't need sealing.
Distributed through Ocean Rock USA.
Elementi's authorized U.S. distributor is Ocean Rock USA, also in Corona, California. All freight and warranty claims route through Ocean Rock. We're an authorized dealer, which means freight is included to the lower 48 and warranty claims come back to us, not to you.
The product line
Three categories, one philosophy.
Fire pit tables (dining and lounge height)
Sonoma 83", Granville 60", Hampton 56", Metropolis 56", Boulder 42". 90,000 BTU stainless steel burner with electronic ignition. CSA certified. Includes lava rocks, weather cover, LP tank storage.
Fire bowls and compact pits
Lunar 34" and smaller bowls for patios and side-table placement. Same burner tech, smaller footprint. 1-year warranty.
Elementi Plus — porcelain marble
The premium tier. Marble-veined porcelain surface bonded to concrete body. Modern silhouettes, often chosen for pool-house or outdoor-dining installs where the fire table is also a visual focal point.
Warranty & certification
Backed by Ocean Rock USA.
— Manufacturer warranty: 1-year limited
— Safety certification: CSA Certified (North American gas appliance standards)
— Natural aging of concrete: Not a defect — hand-cast concrete develops color variation and surface patina over time
— Gas conversion: Must be done by a certified gas professional; DIY conversion voids the warranty
Full warranty terms on our warranties page. Claims route through Ocean Rock USA — we open them for you.
Why we chose Elementi
The fire table that looks like something.
Most outdoor fire tables look like the same product in different colors. Elementi doesn't. The hand-cast concrete has visual depth that photographs well and reads as premium in person. The porcelain-marble line pushes further into material statement.
And the burner tech is CSA-certified and the same across the line, which means a $1,359 Boulder fire pit uses the same gas-safety system as a $3,899 Sonoma dining table. You're paying for the surface and the footprint, not for safety.
Priced to IMAP, free freight to the lower 48, same checkout as the rest of our catalog.
