We build their spec

We spec their patio for free — same way we would any buyer. 2 to 3 configurations, authorized-dealer pricing, lead times, honest trade-offs. No pressure to buy.

If they order, you both get thanked

When they place an order, we send you a $150 Upscale Home HQ credit toward anything you buy, plus a $150 credit to them on the current order.

WHO THIS IS FOR

A real referral, not a scheme.

This program is for people who've worked with us, or who understand what we do and want to send a friend somewhere they'll be treated right. It's not a promo to spray at strangers.

Our best customers tend to refer one or two people a year — a neighbor planning a patio, a sibling building a house, a friend who just moved. If that's you, this exists to say thanks.

Do I need to be a past customer?

No. If you know what we do and want to introduce someone, send them. We'll treat them the same way whether you've bought from us or not.

How does the credit get to me?

Once your friend's order is paid and shipped, we email you a one-time discount code worth $150 off any order. It's good for a year. Stack it with financing, trade pricing, or any other offer we're running.

Is there a limit?

No. Refer three friends, three orders, three thank-you credits. The only rule is each friend has to be a new customer who orders within 90 days of being referred.

What if they just use the spec service and don't buy?

Then they got a free spec packet and you did a friend a favor. No order, no credit — but no awkward follow-up either. The spec service stays free for everyone, always.

Can I refer a contractor or landscape designer?

Yes, and we have a separate trade program for pros that gives them better pricing than a one-off referral credit. If you know a contractor, send them our trade program page instead. You still get your $150 thank-you on their first order.
