• Orders under $1,200 receive calculated shipping at checkout
• Large items may ship via LTL freight and require a delivery appointment
• White-glove delivery is available on select products and includes room-of-choice placement

Processing Times

• Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page
• Tracking details will be provided once your order ships

Returns

• Due to the size and nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product
• Approved damage claims will result in a replacement or resolution at no additional cost
